Did you know tomatoes are one of the most popular fruits to can? At this workshop, you will learn the basics of water bath canning and watch a demonstration on how to make a zesty salsa. Our Master Preservers will also provide you with information on how to dehydrate, freeze and blanch tomatoes and when to use a pressure canner. You’ll walk away with resources for safe, tested recipes!
