Personal checks (made out to the City of Irvine) and cash (no bills over $50.00 please) are accepted. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Desk at (949) 724-7000. Fingerprinting hours are subject to change based on availability. We do not process fingerprints for the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) for U.S. Citizenship. You must contact the Front Desk of the Irvine Police Department at (949) 724-7000 to schedule your appointment. All appointments are scheduled on a "first come first served" basis. If you miss your appointed time, you must schedule a new appointment time and date. Please bring your forms.
Livescan is $10.00 per license plus any additional fees for services requested by the requestor. Below is a list of typical fees:
