The Operations Support Division is under the Operations Division and reports to the Deputy Chief of Police. This Division is divided into two Operations Support Bureaus. The Special Events Bureau is commanded by Lt. Susan Davis and supervised by Sgt. Frank Andersen. This bureau has responsibility for Special Events, the Field Training Program, the Explorer Program, the Chaplain Program and the Canine Program. The Support Bureau is commanded by Lt. Bob Richardson and supervised by Sgt. Dennis Maisano. This bureau has responsibility for Emergency Management, Commercial Enforcement, Crossing Guards, Parking Enforcement, DARE, the Police Reserve Officer Program, and centralized Traffic Accident Investigation.
