Community Partners Thank you for your interest in our Community Partners area. This area is for non-profit organizations that have a service that reaches out to the cultural community in Irvine. There is a $100 booth fee for non-profit and government agencies. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Demonstrations Thank you for your interest in the Demonstration area. This area is for culturally focused interactive dance, martial arts, music, etc.. The goal to encourage audience participation. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Entertainment Thank you for your interest in performing at this years event. The Festival Committee is looking for culturally diverse entertainment. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Exhibits
Thank you for your interest in our Exhibitor area. This area is for exhibits and displays that reflect a specific cultural group. There is no marketing, sales, or food in this area. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Kids Village
Thank you for your interest in our Kids Village area. This area is for culturally focused interactive activities, crafts and games for children. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Merchants
Thank you for your interest in our Merchant area. This area is for businesses that have a product or merchandise that is cultural in nature. There is a $100 booth fee. No selling of food in this area. A City of Irvine Business License can be provided for the event if the vendor does not have the license. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
Restaurants
Thank you for your interest in our Restaurant area. This area is for restaurants to provide samples of culturally diverse food items. 6 inch plates, utensils, and cups are provided for the samples. Each restaurant will supply a minimum of 1500, 6-oz sample servings. There is a $125 booth fee and sample prices are limited to $1 to $3. Each restaurant collects tickets and is reimbursed per ticket. You are required to have a City of Irvine Business License and Health Department certificate. Restaurants are required to follow all Health Department requirements. Please fill out the application and the Festival Committee will review your application.
World Religions Thank you for your interest in the World Religions area. This area is for established religious organizations, who have a significant number of Irvine residents, to participate in sharing the history and traditions of a recognized world religion. The focus is on education and public awareness as well as communicating positive messages about our world religions. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the application and a Festival committee member will contact you with details.
