Signal Operations & Maintenance implements corrective measures to enhance vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian safety; provides for the management, operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of City-owned traffic signal equipment; and operates the Irvine Traffic Research and Control Center (ITRAC).
