Spectrumotion is an Association funded solely by the property owners in Irvine Spectrum. Its mission is to reduce traffic congestion by promoting ridersharing. Ridersharing is a general term that encompass many alternatives to driving alone such as carpooling, vanpooling, riding the train or bus, cycling, walking and telecommuting. Spectrumotion provides financial assistance to commuters who vanpool, ride the train, or take the bus. Bike Locker Rental City of Irvine rents secure bike lockers at the Irvine Station to promote use of the multi-modal transportation facility. There are 54 existing bike lockers.
