Mail Register now by mail...Just print and fill out the Registration Application and Client Information Form (CIF). Print clearly and provide all of the requested information to ensure quick processing. Make checks payable to the City of Irvine or include your Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date.

In Person Register at the Irvine Civic Center (corner of Alton and Harvard, Community Services Department, 2nd floor). You may also register at IFAC, 14321 Yale Ave. (at Walnut) in Heritage Park.
Registration Details We don't like to cancel classes but sometimes it is necessary before the first meeting when pre-enrollments are low. Your registration might be the one that enables the class to be held. Please pre-register.
Late registration may be available by attending the first class meeting. Please contact the Community Services Department before attending to confirm class availability status. Do not pay the instructor.
If you have not received confirmation or a receipt, you may call (949) 724-6610 to verify enrollment prior to class start date. Please save this brochure for program information (time, date, etc.).
People who do not live in Irvine must pay a $5 non-resident fee per class. Irvine residents have priority registration.
Activity prices and information are subject to change.
If you need special accommodations for any activities, please notify staff at the time of registration. Refund Procedure Please review the following to ensure your refund: Classes: (4 or more mtgs.) Requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the second class meeting or within 24 hours after the first meeting if the class meets more than once per week. Workshops: (1-3 mtgs.) Requests must be received one week prior to the first meeting. - Full refunds are issued for any class canceled by the City or instructor.
- Refunds can be requested by calling (949) 724-6610, or by completing a refund request form available at City Parks and other facilities.
- Student requested refunds and transfers are available, subject to a $10 service fee.
- Refund processing takes 3-4 weeks from the date of the request. The City will mail refund checks; charge accounts cannot be credited.
- Sorry, no refunds will be issued for excursions or special events, unless canceled.
- This refund policy only covers programs in which registration is available through Class Registration. Other programs, including Arts Camp, may have a different refund policy.
