Oak Creek

New turf area to provide overflow and warm-up space for players at adjacent athletic fields.

Construction of a new 6,063 sq. ft. LEED certified community center building with multi-purpose room, kitchen, exercise room, offices, storage and patio area.  Rehabilitation of an existing 3,823 sq. ft. community center building; site work, landscaping and irrigation.

Bommer Canyon Trailhead

Provides public access to City’s open space area for hiking and biking purposes. Consists of 744 sq. ft. restroom building and 14 parking spaces.
