Walk-In Registration
Follow these easy steps to register in person: - Download and print the Program Registration Application.
- Fill out the form completely. Be sure to sign the Liability Waiver (application will not be processed unless signed)
Bring both forms with payment to:
Irvine Civic Center
1 Civic Center, 2nd floor-Community Services
Irvine, CA 92606
Please print legibly and be sure to bring cash, a check payable to the City of Irvine, or your credit card number and expiration date.
Your registration will be processed in order received. In most cases, immediately.
