Mail-In Registration

Follow these easy steps to register by mail:

  1. Download and print the Program Registration Application.

  2. Fill out the form completely. Be sure to sign the Liability Waiver (application will not be processed unless signed)

  3. Mail application with payment to:

Community Services - Registration
PO BOX 19575
IRVINE, CA 92623-9575

Please print legibly and be sure to include a check payable to the City of Irvine, or your credit card number and expiration date on the Application form.


Your registration will be processed in order received. If you have not received your receipt within one week, or you have questions, comments, or suggestions, please contact Program Registration at 949-724-6610 or by email at QuickReg@ci.irvine.ca.us.
