All proposed and recently approved residential development projects in the City that will have affordable rental or for-sale units are listed below (projects not included in this list are already reflected in the City's Finding Housing in Irvine brochure). Avalon Irvine

Currently under construction, this project is located at 2777 Alton Parkway at the northwest corner of Jamboree and Alton in Planning Area 36 (IBC). Project completion is expected in Fall 2009. The project will have a total of 280 rental units with 23 units designated for very low income households earning 50% or less of the Area Median Income. Please go to the Developer’s website at www.avalonirvine.com to place your name on the interest list for this project.


The Arbor at Woodbury
Currently under construction, this project is located at 300 Regal. Project completion is expected in late 2009. The project will have a total of 90 one, two and three-bedroom rental units in six, 3-story buildings. The units will be affordable to households earning 30-60% of the Area Median Income.
