The Housing Division is responsible for implementing the City’s Housing Strategy including the affordable housing component of the Great Park Redevelopment Project Area and meeting the requirements of the Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Funds.

The Housing Division is also responsible for coordinating the first time homebuyer program.
