PROJECT LOCATION:  2 Osborn in Woodbridge

REQUEST

The Project Applicant is requesting a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Master Plan approvals to demolish an existing single-story 16,015 square foot medical office building and construct a two-story 46,800 square feet medical office building on a 2.86-acre site.  Applications would increase maximum development intensities in the planning designation to allow for the proposed development.
