 | Youth Action Team The Middle School Program Youth Action Team (YAT) involves students in initiating, planning, and implementing community service projects as well as a variety of after school activities on their campuses. YAT members host district wide monthly dances, modified day activities, forums, and special events. Members volunteer in four service areas including environment, youth, elderly and disabled, and community. The Youth Action Team meets every Monday and Friday on campus at each middle school. YAT programs consist of on-campus student lead activities, involving the general student body in games, contests, and special events. YAT projects are generally off-site community activities. In addition to programs and projects, the YAT is involved in the programming, decorating and implementation of many other programs including dances, fairs, conferences, and more. Participation in the YAT is absolutely free of charge.
