Longevity Stick
A series of 12 movements that are designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, breathing, and inner peace. Bring your longevity stick and come join the fun!  If you need a stick, just call the Senior Center for resources.  Registration required.

Zumba Gold®
This class is perfect for individuals who haven’t worked out for a while or have never taken a Zumba Gold® class but who love to dance and want to experience the great benefits. Extra time is taken in class to teach the basic rhythms of salsa, meringue, cumbia and regaetton. Students can go at their own pace at all times.
Registration Required ($) Instructor: Barbara Bohlig. Ages 50+.

Conductorcise®
Combine music appreciation and aerobic workout with this innovative program.  Conductorcise places you in the shoes of an orchestra conductor.  This exercise program is suitable for all physical abilities.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.  Registration required.

Pickleball
This mini-tennis game is played by two or four people on a badminton- sized court using wood paddle racquets,
and a wiffle ball.

Benefits include increased energy, stress reduction, improved concentration, and the ability to relax at a deeper level.

Yoga for Seniors

Steppin' Out at Rancho

Integral Tai Chi
This program will apply the ancient skills of Tai Chi with Yoga, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Reap the benefits of increased energy, stress reduction, improved balance and Chi circulation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Registration required.
