Yoga - New classes! More variety!
Everyone can practice yoga! Regardless of your age or experience, this class will energize your body and improve your flexibility. Free demonstrations in January will be offered to introduce yoga styles, instructors, and help you choose the class best for you. Great for beginners; bring yoga mat and bottled water. Ages 50+.

Volunteers Needed
City of Irvine Senior Services is urgently seeking volunteers to help support the Rose Garden Café and Irvine Meals on Wheels programs in the following areas:

Rose Garden Café Server
Volunteers assist with plating and serving meals in the Rose Garden Café at Lakeview Senior Center; or providing assistance as a Cashier or Dishwasher. Volunteers must be age 16 or older, and provide a current TB test with negative results. Volunteer opportunities are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10am and 1pm, depending upon assignment.  
 
Meals on Wheels Deliverer
Volunteers provide a vital service to older adults who are unable to prepare meals for themselves. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11am and 1pm. Volunteers are ask to commit 1-4 hours per month, and provide proof of valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and complete and pass a criminal background check. Training is provided.
