Irvine Youth Employment Services (iYES) is a free applicant referral source available through the City of Irvine Community Services Department. The program is a unique source through which employers can make their employment needs known to the many applicants seeking work through the iYES program. The iYES staff works with employers to compile and post job listing information, prescreen possible candidates and facilitate referrals of qualified applicants.

Irvine Youth Employment Services (iYES) is committed to promoting quality of life and economic vitality in the community by matching the employment needs of the business community with the employment needs of program participants. iYES works collaboratively with the State of California Employment Development Department, Irvine Unified School District, and Project Success.
