Irvine Fine Arts Center
The Irvine Fine Arts Center presents All Media 2009, an
annual juried exhibition open to Southern California
artists. The show features two and three dimensional
art, including painting, drawing, sculpture,
photography, and digital media. Admission is free.

Home for the Holidays- Animal Adoption
More than 500 loving animals are awaiting
new homes this holiday season.


Irvine Animal Care Center
Sunday, December 6; 10 am-3 pm

The Irvine Animal Care Center is sponsoring a pet adoption
event, "Home for the Holidays", to raise awareness
about Irvine's growing homeless pet population. Event
will feature more than 500 animals available for
adoption, pet-related vendors, food, silent auction, raffle,
bake sale, and "Ask a Vet" & "Ask a Trainer" booths,
plus Santa Claus will be on hand to take photos with

iVolunteer is a self-serve/self help web site that provides
Irvine Community Based Organizations a one-stop resource
to connect to Irvine residents who are actively seeking
volunteer opportunities. Community-based organizations
can submit volunteer requests online at www.volunteermatch.org.
Community members of all ages are welcome to go to the same
site to learn about volunteer opportunities in Irvine.

Mixed Doubles Tennis League
Irvine mixed doubles teams compete against opponents
from other Orange County areas. Home matches are held
Saturdays or Sundays on Irvine courts; away matches
played throughout Orange County.

The Middle School Youth Action Team sponsors monthly dances
for all IUSD middle school students. Students must have printed
receipt or dance ticket purchased from their school to be
admitted. Middle School students only. 
$5 online registration (ends at 5pm on day of dance) or

These dances SELL OUT. No tickets will be sold at the door.
