Interested in a job as a lifeguard this summer?  This course will prepare you to prevent and respond to emergencies in and around the water.  There is a water portion.  Please bring a towel, goggles, and swim suit.  Successful completion of course earns the American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR/AED for Lifeguards.  Ages 15+.

Prerequisites:
Swim 300 yards continuously, tread water for 2 minutes using only legs, and complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
