Furniture for Young Family

IMMEDIATE
There is a young Marine family looking for furniture. The immediate need is for:

-Queen sized box spring and bed frame
-2 night stands
-1 dresser
-1 coffee table
-1 computer desk.

Recycling

Ongoing

Proceeds from your recyclables (aluminum cans, plastic bottles etc.) will be used by the Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Committee to provide support for the Marines and families of the 2nd Battalion, 11th Marines, stationed at Camp Pendleton.

Drop off your aluminum cans and plastic bottles at the Buyback Center located at:

16122 Construction Circle E
Irvine, CA 92606

The center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Memorial Day Ceremony

Monday, May 28, 10-11:30 a.m.
Col. Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park

The community is invited to honor our nation’s fallen and pay special homage to local service members, both at home and abroad. Guests will have the opportunity to honor a family member or friend who has died in the line of duty by writing down a brief remembrance to be posted on a memory board at the event.

Cards will also be available for well-wishers to send a message of appreciation and support to members of Irvine’s adopted 2/11 Marine Battalion.  Download the card now (click here) or complete a card at the event.

Come dine at Ruby's and a portion of all food and non-alcoholic beverages sales (when accompanied with the flier) will be donated to the Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Commitee
