Assistant City Manager

Chief Executive Officer – Great Park Corporation

$151,819 - $211,120

City provides the following benefits for their executive employees:

  • $550 monthly auto allowance or use of a City vehicle.
    $100 monthly cell phone allowance.
    City contributes up to $1,064 per month toward family indemnity plan health coverage or a fully paid HMO plan (costs $1,306 per month for full family).
    City contributes 2% of salary for Retiree Health Savings Plan.
  • Defined benefit pension plan of  2.7% of salary for each year of service through CALPers at a cost of 21.1% of salary.
  • 3% of salary for management incentive pay.
  • Life and Accidental Death Insurance equal to one year’s annual salary at a monthly cost of $0.125 per $1,000 of coverage.
  • Disability insurance plan that provides 2/3s of salary while disabled at a cost of .315% of salary.
  • In addition, the City provides a variety of leaves for Holidays, Sick Leave, Vacation and Personal/Administrative Leave.
