Project Description
The proposed application features a sign program modification for the Northwood Town Center (neighborhood shopping center). The last comprehensive sign program was approved on February 21, 1980 (79-SS-0043).

The sign program features new monument signage, new tenant wall signs, blade signs, and directory signage intended to identify the shopping center and individual tenants. The sign program also includes a request for Administrative Relief from the Zoning Code in order to exceed some sign size restrictions.

Project Hearing Body
The City’s Zoning Administrator is the expected hearing body. A notice will be posted at designated locations throughout the City and a notice will be mailed to residents within 500 feet of the shopping center at least 15 days prior to any hearing.
