Project Location
Heritage Square Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Culver Drive and Scottsdale in Planning Area 11 (El Camino Real).

Project Description
The proposed application features a sign program for the Heritage Square Shopping Center which includes the following signage: 

• New icon signage for a future Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant composed of LED illuminated bands and three corporate identity logos which exceed the 5 square-foot logo allowed by the Zoning Code
• New directional and monument signs within the shopping center
• Additional business identification wall signs for in-line tenants (current tenant: Super Irvine Supermarket) facing the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5).
