Here you will find information about the planning processes and activities within the IBC, via the links and updates provided below.

The IBC Transportation and Neighborhood Infrastructure Improvement Fees associated with the IBC Vision Plan were adopted by the City Council on January 25, 2011.

The updated IBC fees are as follows:1. IBC Transportation Mitigation Fees- effective January 26, 2011

2. IBC Neighborhood Infrastructure Fees- effective now at 2006 levels for six months, then 2010 adjusted fee effective July 26, 2011
