The Housing/Redevelopment Division is responsible for implementing the City’s Housing Strategy and Implementation Plan including the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance and redevelopment of the Orange County Great Park.  The Division also administers the affordable housing program, Housing Set Aside funds for the Irvine Redevelopment Agency, and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program. The Redevelopment Department will be responsible for the development of the City’s newly adopted redevelopment project area: the Great Park.
