Permit Payment: All required permit fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of issuance. These fees are based on the cost per square foot and the type of construction. (See table below, effective 9/1/2007) Valuation: The determination of value or valuation shall be made by the Administrative Authority using guidelines published by the International Code Council.
